Chef Eric Barrett
Eric is from Mackinaw City, Michigan. He has been working in restaurants for 14 years and took up cooking about five years ago. He has worked in restaurants from Northern, MI to South West Florida, and now in St. Augustine.
Eric likes to blend styles of cooking as opposed to sticking to one particular type of cuisine. At Cellar 6 Asian, Spanish, and Italian recipes are infused with his own ideas to create a well balanced menu. The Cellar crab cakes and the caprese salad are his two favorite dishes on the Cellar’s menu. All of the soups and dressings are homemade from scratch for something different that you can’t get somewhere else.
